The Rest of the Team

Our appreciation is always extended to our entire kitchen team and floor staff who  are unfailing in their willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.   It is these people who make our business what it is, and we thank them for their excellent work ethic and for making it fun to come to work every day.

Doug & Judy Harvey

Doug & Judy are both originally from Montreal, Quebec but have called Prince Edward Island home for over 30 years.  Doug’s first venture in the pub business in Charlottetown was the Hearth & Cricket Pub, located in the Dundee Arms Inn, which he leased and operated.   The Harvey’s next venture was The Merchantman Pub  which they opened in 1994 and sold in 1996.  After several years of living in Burlington, Vermont, the Harvey’s returned to Charlottetown in 2002.  They purchased the heritage building that since 1896 had been home to the Rogers Hardware Company, and is now home to their latest venture – The Pilot House.
