Parmesan cheese, candied pecans, and an orange vinaigrette dressing.

Pilot House Prime Rib
Tender Island prime rib slow roasted, hand carved, and served with fresh vegetables
and daily potato.
Blackened Salmon with Lobster Sauce
Fresh Atlantic salmon blackened with hot Cajun spices and finished with a lobster and
brandy cream sauce. Served over Basmati rice with fresh vegetables on the side.
Red Curry Scallops
Jumbo Island scallops pan seared and simmered in a cilantro infused sauce with
coconut, cream, red curry, and mango. Served with Basmati rice with fresh vegetables
on the side.
Caribbean Jerk Chicken
A tender breast of chicken stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes, roasted peppers,
mushrooms and white cheddar cheese. Served with Basmati rice and fresh vegetables.
Vegetable Napoli
Sun-dried tomatoes, kalmata olives, feta cheese, and fresh vegetables simmered in
a white wine, basil, and garlic cream sauce then tossed with bowtie pasta and topped
with parmesan cheese.
